How do I create a new album?
Tap the "+" button on the main screen, enter your album name and details, then start adding photos!
Are my photos stored in the cloud?
Photos are stored locally on your device by default. Premium subscribers get iCloud backup for extra safety.
How do I backup my albums?
Premium subscribers get automatic iCloud backup. Free users can back up through their device's regular iCloud or iTunes backup.
Can I share my albums with others?
You can share individual photos, create collages, and generate slideshows to share with loved ones.
The app crashed or won't open. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, restart your device. If issues continue, please email us with your device model and iOS version.
How do I delete an album?
Go to Album Settings and tap the delete option. Note: This action cannot be undone.
