1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Baby Bump (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Baby Bump is a mobile application designed to help expecting parents capture bump photos, track pregnancy milestones, log health data, and plan for their baby's arrival. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Baby Bump offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Premium: $2.99/month
• Annual Premium: $24.99/year
• Lifetime Premium: $49.99 one-time purchase

3.2 Subscription Details

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

3.3 Free Trial

If offered, free trials are available for new subscribers only. You will be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

4. Free Tier Limitations

The free version of Baby Bump includes the following limitations:

• Maximum of 1 album
• Maximum of 5 photos
• Limited customization options

Premium subscriptions remove these limitations and provide access to all features.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using the App
• Maintain the security of your device and account
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to upload or share content that violates any laws or infringes on third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Abadie Labs LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your photos and personal data remain your property. We do not claim ownership of any content you create in the App.

7. Data Storage and Backup

• All photos and albums are stored locally on your device
• Premium subscribers have access to iCloud backup
• You are responsible for backing up your device and data
• We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abadie Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Refund Policy

All purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly through the App Store.

11. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, change subscription features and pricing, and update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

15. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: For subscription management
• Sentry: For error tracking and app stability
• Apple App Store: For payment processing

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

17. Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
